The deposit will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellation request.
We charge a handling fee of 25 RON plus bank fees.
Cancellations made less than 7 days but at least 48 hours before arrival incur a charge of the first night's accommodation, withheld from the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival, or no-show after 19:00 on arrival day, incur the full reservation amount, withheld from the deposit.
