Terms and Conditions
1. Bookings
Bookings are considered confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from AZAD A-Frames. We reserve the right to refuse a booking in case of unavailability or non-compliance with the terms of use.
2. Payment
Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash on arrival, according to the conditions communicated at confirmation. The requested deposit (if any) must be paid within the indicated deadline to secure the booking.
3. Cancellation and modification
Cancellation at least 14 days before arrival: full refund, less a 25 RON fee covering bank charges, processed within 30 days. Between 14 and 7 days before arrival: 50% refund, less the same 25 RON fee. Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: the amount paid is non-refundable, as the reserved period is blocked exclusively for the client, with the risk of being unable to resell the accommodation; at our discretion the amount may be converted into a voucher valid for 12 months. Legal holidays (Christmas, New Year, Easter and other Romanian public holidays): the amount paid is non-refundable for the same reason; a 12-month voucher may be issued at our discretion. Voucher: equal to the amount originally paid, usable for a future booking on azad.house or for a 4x4 tour, subject to availability; any price difference for a more expensive period is paid by the client. Modifications are accepted subject to availability.
4. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is between 13:00–21:00 and check-out by 10:00. Requests outside these hours are accepted subject to availability and prior notice.
5. Guest responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Smoking indoors and excessive noise after 22:00 are strictly prohibited.
6. Force majeure
AZAD A-Frames is not responsible for cancellations or modifications caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
