Terms and Conditions
1. Bookings
Bookings are considered confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from AZAD Cabins. We reserve the right to refuse a booking in case of unavailability or non-compliance with the terms of use.
2. Payment
Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash on arrival, according to the conditions communicated at confirmation. The requested deposit (if any) must be paid within the indicated deadline to secure the booking.
3. Cancellation and modification
Cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in are free of charge. Cancellations within 7 days may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Modifications are accepted subject to availability.
4. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is between 15:00–21:00 and check-out by 11:00. Requests outside these hours are accepted subject to availability and prior notice.
5. Guest responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Smoking indoors and excessive noise after 22:00 are strictly prohibited.
6. Force majeure
AZAD Cabins is not responsible for cancellations or modifications caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
