Data Deletion Instructions

1. About
This page explains how you can request the deletion of personal data we hold about you, including data obtained when you log in with Facebook on azad.house.
2. Data we collect via Facebook Login
- Facebook user ID (unique, persistent)
- Public name (first and last name)
- Email address (if you authorize sharing)
- Public profile picture URL
- Login timestamps
We do not read your posts, friends, photos, page likes or any other Facebook content. We use only the basic permissions email and public_profile.
3. How to request deletion
Choose one of the methods below. We respond within 30 days (typically much faster).
A. Email
Send an email to contact@azad.house with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address used to log in (if applicable).
B. WhatsApp
+40 736 565 163 — write us your request and we’ll process it manually.
C. Disconnect from Facebook
Open Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites → find "Cabana AZAD" → Remove. Facebook will notify us and we will delete your account data.
4. What gets deleted
- Your user record (Facebook ID, name, email, picture URL)
- Active sessions and authentication cookies
- Discount codes generated for your account
Note: reservation records linked to past stays are retained for 5 years per legal accounting obligations (Romanian law). After that period they are deleted automatically. If you want to know exactly what we have about you, request access via the methods above.
5. Other GDPR rights
In addition to deletion, you have rights to access, rectification, restriction, portability and objection. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
