How quickly do you reply to messages?▾
Usually within a few hours during daytime (9 AM – 9 PM). Outside hours, we reply next morning. For urgent things, WhatsApp gets the fastest notification.
Can I call, or should I write?▾
Both work. The number +40 736 565 163 is also WhatsApp — call or text, whichever is easier. For long details (dates, party size, special requests) we recommend WhatsApp to keep a log.
Is there parking on-site?▾
Yes, free parking inside the fenced yard, enough for 1–2 cars. The access road is paved all the way to the gate — any car can make it.
Do you accept pets?▾
Yes, pets are welcome at no extra cost. Just let us know at booking so we can prepare — and bring your own bowls/blanket if you’d like.
What are check-in and check-out times?▾
Check-in from 1 PM, check-out by 10 AM. For earlier arrival or later departure, message us in advance — if no booking that day, we’ll usually accommodate.
Can I book for a special event (birthday, proposal)?▾
Yes. WhatsApp us with the plan — we can arrange floral decor, champagne or a romantic dinner setup (at extra cost). We love surprises.
